my 5 year on and off relationship finally ended about almost a month ago..

ive been praying to God.. then I was surprised to receive a message from an old acquaintance.. just saying hi asking how things are etc.. then we talked online and he told me about his foundation for street kids and he has a music program and asked me to help him teach the street kids cause i know the piano.. he offered to drive me from and back home.. and he asked for my number and stuff..

im scared.. should i go for it?

At the age of 16, you don’t think it’s too late, do you?
A lot of people started back when they were kids and stuff, so that’s kinda discouraging.

Anyway. I probably will try, anyway. Although, I am short on money. =(

I’m looking to get a keyboard for myself, because a full piano is way too expensive, and I’m just starting out, anyway.

I’m looking for basically a cheap 88-key, weighted keyboard. I’m not interested at all in the synths and other instruments, I just want classical piano. Is there a good, cheap one that can offer that? I’ve got maybe $250 total.

Any other advice? I’m gonna get some lessons from the music teacher here at school. My mom says I should get the basics down from him before I buy myself a keyboard.
