I don’t have money to afford a teacher and lessons and learning piano has been a dream of mine for a long time. How can I learn with out a proper teacher? Books? Any CDs? Helppppp please! It’s a passion I have wanted for so long! Thank you if you help!

I already know how to read music, I play saxophone. but I am new to piano and I need easy songs and exercises to start with, preferably ones that teach me how to read both treble and Bass clef, since Alto saxophone is only in treble. And preferably ones that show me how to use both hands right. PLUS I DON’T WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE SO ELEMENTARY. Even if the lessons are oriented for kids, that’s fine. Please help, I’m having the hardest time self teaching, starting with hard pieces from free sheet music sites, so don’t reccomend a site that just gives you things like Beethoven’s most difficult symphony!
