This child is AMAZING!! I started playing the piano at five and this is incredible for an 8 year old!! I don’t appreciate the negative comments about her ‘lack’ or ‘misinterpretation’ of emotion. She ‘feels’ the music and plays beautifully and I hope she continues her playing….
It is a surprising moment when a big comes out of a small
Yeah, she is amazing !
!
es bellizimamente triste escuchar esta melodia, no puedo evitar llorar al escucharla y la niña la interpreta maravillosamente
@TheNinja912 her instructor asked her to do it this way
1st place!! WOWWW!!!! Is all i can say!!!
Sensibility beyond her years…
Bravo
@3screamingkids
There isn’t too much emotion, she just moves her head back and forth slowly for exaggeration I guess.
This girl owns.
excellent
very nice,, but its funny how an 8 year old can puts so much emotion behind this..
@3screamingkids
you’re absolutely right
she’s so cute haha. good performance
she does look a little silly with her body movements, but come on she’s EIGHT! she plays beautifully for anyone and masterfully for an eight year old. good job, little lady!
She’s soo cute ! ! Too bad I can’t clap online ( :
Reminds me of when I was a tot… my dad used to let me skip school so I could practice all day ( :
No, about the body choreographies — they are genuine: it’s really who she is as a musician. When you see her play the Bach invention #13 her kinesis is completely different, in perfect response to the music. I’m not sure it’s “emoting” either — with piano, once you strike the note it’s over, and the movement through space is in synch with the duration of the sound. It’s part of her excellent rhythm and phrasing — a little kid playing like a little kid would always be “early”.
wow! so nice piano playing!
@3screamingkids No, no you got it all wrong! You see, she twist and turn because she has to play softer or harder on the different keys. Not because she is feeling any grief or any sorrow, that’s not why she makes her movement.
Her movements are extremely unnatural but beautiful playing anyways. I’m learning this piece by myself right now and those runs are pretty difficult. Great job
It’s very enjoyable to listen to her playing!
So beautiful! Thank you for posting!
@3screamingkids
I agree about the body movements, but who says that a child hasn’t gone through griefs enough to make them emotional when they play these pieces? The worst kind of horrors often involve children.
Beautiful!!
