You are never too old to learn anything. Someday I'm going to learn to play the violin. I've mastered the piano, I play a little flute, guitar and organ. But....I'm going to learn another instrument because I love music. If you have a desire to learn, let nothing stop you. You're never too old to learn to play piano. I just started learning about 2 years ago. I'm level two right now. I'm also 15. With a good teacher, you should be able to progress quite easily. However, you must also continually practice. Two years ago, when I just started, I got a teacher who I didn't really learn from, so I dropped for a while and got a better teacher. Make sure you get a good teacher as your teacher can help you immensely. PS: I learned the basics of piano playing in about 3 days. I knew what the notes were and I was able to play small pieces. The only reason why people may say you are too old is because most people expect you to be AMAZING by the time you are a teenager.... But there is no age limit....I started playing cello when I was 16! And I still love it. Good luck! You’re never too old to learn how to play!!! Piano when I was 16 and the Sax when I was 11 so no I do not think you are too old to learn .
